Description
The Whirlpool WP3392519 Thermal Fuse is a one-time safety device that permanently opens if the dryer exhaust temperature exceeds a safe limit — most commonly caused by a clogged dryer vent. When the thermal fuse blows, the dryer will not start or will run without producing heat. Replacing the fuse and clearing the vent blockage restores normal operation.
