Shipping


Most in-stock items ship within 24 regular business hours via Appliance Parts Company's carrier of choice. If any additional charges will apply you will be advised of additional charges prior to shipping. The order will be held until written or email approval is received. Damaged items must be claimed within 24hrs. Any items signed for with freight damaged may not be claimed (See Return Policy above.)


Appliance Parts Company makes no promises or implies exact delivery times on any shipments. Appliance Parts Company strives to provide top quality customer service and works hard to ship all orders as soon as possible. If you have an extenuating circumstance that requires accurate or immediate shipment times we highly recommend placing your order through your nearest branch. A customer service representative can provide assistance with such special delivery needs.


Appliance Parts Company is not responsible for any loss or damaged products during transit. We recommend insurance being purchased for any fragile items such as glass, light bulbs, porcelain or china, range hoods etc... (Average cost is approx. $3.00 / $100.00 order value) If you wish to purchase insurance please request so in the order comments box before checkout.


Local area deliveries may be handled by an Appliance Parts Company delivery vehicle. Appliance Parts Company reserves the right to review and revise our handling fees and charges without notice.


Appliance Parts Company reserves the right to select the carrier of our choice.


All shipments must be signed for. Our policy does not allow for couriers to drop off orders without receiving a required signature. If you cannot be present to receive an order we recommend shipping the order to a source that can sign on your behalf. The recipients name must appear in the shipping information if you are shipping to an alternate source or the package may not be delivered. You also have the option of having the order held at the nearest station or post office for pickup. Please specify any instructions to this effect in the order comment section. Standard courier or postal delivery rules apply unless otherwise noted.


Damage/Short Claims
Claims for shipment shortage or damage must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Obvious shortage/damage should be noted next to your signature on delivery receipt. Please open and inspect your order upon receipt. To process any shortages you will require your delivery tag/waybill number, packing slip number & account number.

Please Note:
Appliance Parts Company IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE BY CARRIER. IF DAMAGE IS NOTED, PLEASE RETAIN ORIGINAL CARTON FOR POSSIBLE CARRIER INSPECTION AND CONTACT CARRIER. All glass products, range hoods & electrical meters should be insured when using carriers other than Appliance Parts Company's local delivery vehicles.


Special Order Items
All special order items are subject to a 100% deposit and are nonrefundable. No returns on special order items will be accepted.
Special order items require additional delivery time. The average time is approx 7-14 business days. As each product, manufacturer and warehouse location varies Appliance Parts Company makes no promises or implies exact delivery times of any special order products. Time delay cancellation requests on special order items (or any regular stock items) will be denied.
